today woke up find out that my arm is aching.cant really move though..(okay its not that bad...).yesterday NCC was 'torturing'.some seniors came back and was teaching us though...learn some new drills though.we all did it like shyt so we were punished to run awhile twice..-_-.luckily never do some push ups or else my arm really will break..tomorrow is another start of a new week..CNY is around the corner hope get loads of ANG POWS ^^
