Enriching. ; Saturday, November 21, 2009
Hmm... today's open house can be counted as a tiring yet an enriching day.
had a briefing in the morning. i was totally in disbelieved when jiahui said my duty is changed from carpark duty to tour guide duty.
i was rather worried i will not do a good job.
so went to the foyer.
my first "client" was a 12-year old girl called eunice from admiralty primary.
she was rather shy though as she doesn't speak much.
and i was rather nervous that i actually stuttered like no ones buisness. Bleh xP.
After much prompting,she told me that she was rather interested in dance.
so after i finish my 1st round i was quite relieved but the duty hasn't ended yet.
when i "released" eunice at the foyer.
there is another family waiting.
It was a mother with a 12-year old daughter from i don't remember what school.
haha they were quite okay though the daughter doesn't seem to be interested in anything at all.
and it was quite difficult to communicate with them as well.
the other 2 were okay.
but i felt that the last group i take was the group that made me that most comfortable of all.
I am quite relax and comfortable speaking to them.
and at least the mother keep prompting me question in a way that i felt comfortable answering them. but i felt that i was quite speechless at a point of time though.
overall, i felt that i did quite well. good job ivan :)
